Hassan Mzee Injury Update Ahead of Homeboyz Clash

Hassan Mzee is a doubt for our SportPesa Premier League encounter against Kakamega Homeboyz on Wednesday , with the midfielder dealing with an ankle injury.

The Sultans welcome Homeboyz to Mbaraki Sports Club for our opening top-flight fixture, but Mzee's involvement remains uncertain ahead of the 15:00 EAT kick-off.

Mzee's fitness ahead of Homeboyz

Mzee played his part in our successful promotion campaign, notably providing the delivery for Waziri Shentembo's goal in the 2-1 play-off victory over Kariobangi Sharks.

His potential absence would present a selection consideration for head coach Abdulhamid Moallin as we prepare for our first Premier League test.

No final decision has been confirmed on the midfielder's involvement, with the official matchday squad set to provide clarity ahead of kick-off.

All eyes on Mbaraki

Tuesday's encounter marks the beginning of a new chapter for the Sultans following our historic promotion.

With Kakamega Homeboyz providing the opposition, our focus turns to making a positive start in front of the Mombasa United faithful.
